I was trying to find a basic mower part on Gravely Parts Direct and ended up giving up after a while. I’ve ordered mower parts online before from other sites, so I’m not totally new to this, but the lookup here felt clunky and kept sending me in circles.
Maybe it’s fine if you already have the exact part number in front of you, but if you’re just a regular person trying to figure it out as you go, it’s not very user-friendly. I expected it to be a quick search, but it turned into a headache.

I accidentally ordered the wrong part last week and realized it pretty much as soon as it showed up. I emailed them that afternoon, and they got back to me quicker than I expected. Sending it back was straightforward, and a few days after they received it, the refund came through. I was expecting more of a hassle, so I appreciated how smooth it was. I’d use gravelypartsdirect.com again the next time I need mower parts

"Not gonna lie, I probably won’t order again"
Not gonna lie, the parts ended up being the right ones, so that was good. But the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were a little confusing to keep up with. The price was okay, but nothing amazing. If I need something quickly next time, I’ll probably check somewhere else first.

"Genuine part, did the job"
I ordered this replacement part for my Gravely and, to be fair, it was the actual OEM piece and not some off-brand version. It fit the way it was supposed to and got the mower running again, so I can’t really complain. Shipping was okay, though I do wish it had shown up a little sooner.

"Fit right on like it was supposed to"
So, yeah, I ordered this replacement part for my Gravely mower, and it fit right on without any real hassle. The part number was the one I needed, and everything lined up like it should, so that was a relief. It ended up being a easy fix, and I’m definitely glad I didn’t have to deal with sending anything back.

"Parts always out of stock and handled carelessly"
I needed a few parts, but every time I checked, nothing was available. It got frustrating, especially because it felt like things were being handled carelessly and no one really had a clear answer about when anything would be back in stock.

Ordered a part and had a shipping question, so I emailed support. They did reply, but it took a while, and I had to follow up once.
The answer helped when it finally came, and the order worked out. Still, replies could be quicker. Not bad, not amazing

The parts fit totally fine, so no complaints there, but wow, once shipping got added, the price felt like it jumped into another universe. It’s not a terrible deal or anything, but I definitely wouldn’t call it the best value. I was mildly happy with the order and then dramatically offended by the final total

The parts did show up in one piece, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was bad. The box was crushed, barely taped shut, and there wasn’t any padding inside, which was surprising for what I paid. I also tried emailing about it and the replies felt like they were coming from a robot, not an actual person. Just expected a little more care all around.

The parts did show up eventually, so I can’t say it was a total disaster, but the delivery took a few days longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated, which made me second-guess the whole order a bit. Nothing was damaged when it arrived, thankfully, but I’m left feeling like I probably could’ve had a smoother experience somewhere else

I mean, I’m sure the part is probably fine if it ever shows up, but waiting two weeks with nothing delivered is frustrating. Maybe it works out for other people, but based on this experience, I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I called to get help finding the right part. The answers were really short. They didn’t explain much. It felt like they just wanted to get me off the phone. After the call, I still wasn’t sure what to order.

"Refund process was honestly kind of embarrassing"
I ordered a part and ended up needing to return it, and the whole refund process turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. I felt kind of embarrassed having to keep following up over and over, like I was being annoying just trying to get my money back. It never really felt like anyone was staying on top of it. Maybe they’re fine when everything goes smoothly, but if you have to deal with a return or refund, it’s not a great experience. I wouldn’t use them again after this

My order was on backorder, and I ended up having to ask twice before getting an update. To be fair, I understand delays can happen, but it would’ve been nice to get a quick heads-up without needing to follow up myself.

"Easy to find my part without any hassle"
I had a smooth experience using the site. I searched by the model number and found the Gravely part I needed right away, even on my phone. The pages loaded fine, and checkout was straightforward without forcing me to make a bunch of unnecessary accounts or jump through hoops. i respect that, companies shouldn’t make simple purchases harder than they need to be. Overall, it was easy and fair, and I don’t have any complaints...

"Prices feel reasonable overall"
In my opinion, the prices are fairly reasonable and not too bad for what you get. That said, I do feel they could be a little cheaper, but overall it seems okay
